It's been quiet around here. We're very sorry about that but guys I'm not sure if you know this but it turns out having a kid takes up a lot of your time. We've been enjoying the last little while of quality time with our boy Woodrow and it's been incredible. BUT that doesn't mean the work stops. Wedding season has officially kicked off and oh man we kicked it off with an amazing day. Sonia + Henry invited 20 of their closest friends to a private estate in the forest to witness their emotional vows. It was a day we'll never forget. This also happens to be the first wedding video where we used our new Canon C200. We hope you enjoy!

Woodrow Maclean Carlson was born November 5th and is perfect. It’s hard to believe the little boy we’ve been waiting for for so long is finally here. We were so excited for his arrival but we were quite thrown off when he came. We haven’t shared this but Erin’s delivery experience was traumatic and dangerous. She suffered massive hemorrhaging, emergency surgery and had to have a blood transfusion. It was one of the best moments of our lives followed by one of the worst. Thankfully because of prayers and the amazing care we had, Erin is ok. The recovery process will be long and difficult but Woodrow makes us forget all that. The first 10 days of his life have been incredible and we’re loving every second. We love you Woodrow.
You ever meet someone and instantly you're like "Yes. Yes to them!"? That is how Mac and I felt about Brianna and Hussein. And the more we got to know these two the louder the 'Yes's' started being.
They are two of the greats. So fun. So sweet. SO generous. You can't help but fall in love with them. And the way they love each other? Its impossible not to be over the moon happy for them. I found myself smiling into my monitor for most of the day when shooting (which Mac later informed me makes me look a little dorky... And also stopped me from being aware of my surroundings which is sometimes not the most helpful... whoops!) You can't help it!! They're TOO CUTE!
Side note - things kept... changing during the planning of their wedding (mostly thanks to construction timelines) and I've never seen a bride roll so well with the punches. You'd never know it as the day was completely stunning, but I just wanted to give even more credit to the quality of these two humans.
When you watch them, they seriously don't see anything but each other which is the dream isn't it? And also adorable. And also the best.
